Thank you for taking the time to learn a little bit more about this event they’re going to be talking about for months after the show.

   The event is being put on for one reason: To promote exciting forms of racing and allow area businesses to showcase their products. We are going to expose all the people that attend to different ways of having fun in the coming year. Just think, if you can show someone the value of a service your business offers and how it can take all the headaches away from that task how happy they’ll be.

   We are still looking for a Presenting Sponsor. We have talked to a few businesses but nothing is concrete yet. The Presenting Sponsor will get top billing in ads and TV commercials. Also you will be located in the prime spot just inside the entrance of the Arena. Also some outside space is available if needed for a bigger exhibit area, for example a car dealership or recreational vehicles. This package is available for $1000 to $1500 depending on your actual needs.

   We want to take a minute and thank Kerry LaVere from Wireless Zone for not only bringing a display to the show but also for sponsoring the military for this great event. All branches of the military with their families will be admitted to the show with proper ID. I think this is going to bring a lot to the event.

   We are accepting only one business per service. What this means is there will be no competition to products and services that you have to offer. There are very few exception like race tracks, but I will let you know first.

    A valuable benefit we are offering each vendor is a mailing list. Everyone that enters the Expo will be given an entry to fill out for the Grand Prize drawing. At the conclusion of the show a list will be compiled and give to each exhibitor. How much is a mailing list of 500 to 1000 potential new customers worth?

   We are also handing out 1000 free gift bags with  admission. If you have a flyer you would like stuffed in the gift bags please make sure we have them by Thursday March 27.

   Also if you would like to put on a little seminar about a project or service your business offers, feel free! We will have a designated seminar area and announce the schedule over the PA system.

   Booth space starts at $150 and goes up to $250 depending on size needed. A small booth is approx. 15x30. We are very flexible. The reason behind this show is to showcase area motorsports and businesses. If you have special needs let me know.
